You know how when you start a new job and you look at the org chart and immediately notice some red flags? And then it turns out nobody’s updated it in decades and everyone just works around it? That’s basically what I write about, except the org chart is the federal government.

Public Renovations is where I go down rabbit holes about the systems behind government and come back with charts. I can’t promise a posting schedule yet, but I can promise it won’t be boring (probably).
